General Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • All products purchased from ViP Bazar, whether online or offline, are eligible for returns, subject to the conditions mentioned below.
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (including tags, if any).
    • Returns are only accepted within 7 days of purchase/delivery.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for returns.
    • Items on sale or clearance are not eligible for a return unless defective.
    • Perishable items or any items that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons are also exempt from returns.
  3. Return Process:

    • For online purchases, please contact our customer service team via email or phone to initiate the return. You will need to provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
    • For offline purchases, you may return the product to the nearest ViP Bazar store, along with your purchase receipt, to initiate the return.
    • You may be required to send the item back to us for a thorough inspection.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Method:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid via cash, a refund will be issued through bank transfer or store credit (subject to your preference).
    • The refund process may take 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.
  2. Partial Refunds:

    • If the product is returned with signs of use or in a condition that does not match our return policy, a partial refund may be issued.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will offer a replacement or full refund based on your preference.
  • Please ensure that you provide evidence (such as photos) of the damage or defect while contacting us.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for items of the same value. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it within 7 days of receiving it.
  • Exchange requests for items that are in high demand or limited edition may be subject to availability.

Shipping Costs

  • For defective or damaged items, shipping costs for the return will be covered by ViP Bazar.
  • For non-defective returns, customers will bear the shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
